A leading provider of call center services using home-based agents, is looking for enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individuals. You will be handling inbound customer calls from world-class companies such as Office Depot and 1-800-Flowers. Alpine Access has been featured on both local and national news programs including NBC’s Today Show, and has been rated by Inc. Magazine, Deloitte and Touche, and the Denver Business Journal as one of the fastest growing companies in Colorado and the United States.

We are currently hiring for numerous ongoing and seasonal positions.

You must provide:

• Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills. Previous customer service or sales experience required

• Active listening an attention to detail with the ability to quickly organize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment

• Strong computer and Internet skills. Ability to navigate through multiple screens

• Passion, reliability, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task

• Ability to work 20-30 daytime hours per week, with 3-4 of these hours on either a Saturday or Sunday

• Ability to be self-motivated and successfully thrive in a work at home environment

You will need:

• Reliable personal computer running Windows 98 or later and Internet Explorer

• Ability to be on the Internet (Cable or DSL) and on a land line at the same time (no wireless network, voice over IP, digital, satellite or dial up Internet)

• Quiet home work environment during scheduled work hours

• To function comfortably in a performance-based environment, with calls monitored, recorded and assessed

• A corded telephone with a hands-free, corded headset (no cordless phones or cell phones).

• Responsible for dialing into a (303) or (720) area code

• We are currently hiring in Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Texas
