Yet another cheap laptop

Low-costflavour of laptops are the the season and Xenitis Infotech Private Limited has launched one for students and common people, priced at Rs 19,900.

Xuva T14WN, as it is called, is part of the company's Xuva series of products.

Xenitis managing director Santanu Ghosh termed it a people's laptop and expressed confidence that it will storm the market. "There is great demand for laptops in India now," he said.

The laptop is equipped with 256 MB RAM, Intel 945GM Chip Set and has a 14.1 inch WXGA LCD screen. It can be upgraded by the user. Xenitis had earlier launched a desktop personal computer for less than Rs 10,000.
