Manhunt turns bloody
All the efforts by authorities to reduce the violence in the controversial game Manhunt2 has come to naught thanks to hackers.Manhunt2 had been banned by UK and US authorities in June for being needlessly violent and had been cleared for released last week only after its producers blurred much of the original content.
It hit the stands with a ‘mature' certificate from reluctant authorities but hackers have reconstructed all the violent bits again. The hacked versions are now being run on Playstation modules. In the game, the player has to double as a man who escapes from an insane asylum and goes on a killing spree.
