Walkman phone from Ericsson
Sony Ericsson's much-awaited walkman phone, W960, will be released this month.W960 can store up to 8,000 songs and has a 3.2 megapixel camera. It also has a facility to easily locate favourite tra-cks.
The company will also be releasing two more walkman phones - W890 and W380 in the early part of 2008. With these highprofile launches Sony Ericsson hopes to take on the much-hyped iPhone, which combines the iPod with the mobile. W890 has a 2GB M2 card in-box and boasts the latest edition of Sony's walkman software – V3.0.
It also has a facility named SensMe which creates playlists by tempo and mood. If you are in the blues, your phone will know it.
The W380 has a unique gesture control which helps you mute the music with a wave of the finger.
